Uplifter Vacuum Units

Recently, we have become the exclusive distributor for Uplifter products in Belgium.

This German manufacturer produces several machines  to make the life of a glass fitter easier. From simple hand-held suction cups and glass carts to heavy duty vacuum units. These appliances will make work safer and more ergonomic, which means you can do your job in a healthier way.

Glass transport

Outdoor glass carts are very useful in transporting glass on construction sites. Their big wheels allow them to roll easily over any terrain. Indoor carts are adjusted with smaller wheels and a lowered chassis in order to fit large glass panes through doors and under ceilings.

The UPT180 is the perfect tool to transport glass where no other machine or cart can be used.

The Racelift allows you to transport glass panes up to 150kg in a simple way, hoist them using a pulley and fit them.

Suction Cups

The UPG-vacuum lifters can be attached to any type of hoisting crane. They are adjustable to work with nearly any glass pane, which means that small, but also larger surfaces and volumes can be grasped by this double circuit suction cup. As you would expect, all these suction cups are capable of rotating and turning the glass. The UPG are currently capable of grasping glass panes of up to 600 kg, but a 900 and 1200 kg version will soon be launched.

Specific applications

Heli and Uplifter also offer more specific applications next to the standard ones: suction cups for curved glass, electrical rotating and turning suction cups, suction cups with counterweights to fit glass of up to 1200 kg using a tower crane, sandwich panel suction cups, suction pads for terrace tiles,… the choice is yours!
