Rental conditions

The mentioned rental rates are calculated taking into account a regime of 8h/day and 5 days/week, and are transport, fuel, insurance, possible cleaning costs and VAT excluded

  • Operator on demand : 67,5 €/h, calculated from departure Heli to return Heli
  • If an operator or carrier is rented together with the machine, this operator / carrier will be considered to work under the authority, direction and supervision of the client and therefore always be regarded as an employee of the client, regardless how he accomplishes his task and whatever the nature of the error he would commit., in the exercise of his duties
  • Fuel is calculated at the rate of 2 € per liter (handling fees inclusive), electrical charging is calculated at a fixed rate of 10€.

Heli provides a model linked machine insurance during the complete period of the rental contract, and independently from the location in Europe

  • The most important warranties are machine break down, theft, fire and collision
  • The general policy conditions are available on simple request o the cost of the insurance is 7% of the corresponding standard rental rate
  • Per damage case counts an exemption of 1,250 € for equipment with purchase price <10,000 €, 2,500€ for equipment with purchase price>10,000€ and 5,000 € in case of theft.

The weekly rate is always 3x the daily rate, unless otherwise mentioned

  • for long term rental we offer you specific rates or custom-made hirepurchase propositions

Each rental contract covers the period from the starting date until the moment the customer actually demands the collection of the machine

  • In order to avoid misunderstandings each demand for collection has to be made in written, either by e-mail (info@heli.be) , or via our Machine logoff form on our website
  • Demands for collection are accepted until 10 o’clock the working day following the date on which the rental contract was intended to stop
  • The customer remains juridical responsive for the equipment delivered on the jobsite until 3 working days after the demand for collection

Heli preserves the right to offer a bigger type of machine, in case of unavailability of the customer requested machine type, but maintaining the initial agreed rental rate.

The maximum outreach is always calculated from the center of the machine to the edge of the cage

Heli cannot be held responsible nor can there be any fee required because of late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, delays in previous deliveries, breakdowns, etc. ...

Construction industry holiday and eventual rental stops can be taken into account, but only on demand in written and at the latest on the day itself before 10 am

Our aerial platforms cannot be used for sandblasting works

All our machines are approved by a notified body and dispose of a valid inspection certificate

For the selection of the right kind of equipment you can always request for a jobsite visit without obligations. The advice given only takes into account the parameters known at the time. When underground techniques, or low load-bearing foundations are present, the client must always inform HELI of this.
