Rental conditions

The listed rental prices are calculated based on a regime of 8h/day and 5 days/week, and do not include transport, operation, fuel, insurance, possible cleaning costs and VAT

  • Operator on request : 67,5 €/h, calculated from departure Heli to return Heli
  • If an operator and/or transporter is hired together with an aircraft, this operator and/or transporter will always be deemed to be working under the authority, direction and supervision of the lessee and, consequently, will always be considered to be an employee of the lessee, regardless of the way in which he accomplishes his task and regardless of the nature of the error he may commit in the execution of his assignment.
  • Fuel is charged at the rate of €2.0 per litre (including handling charges), electric charging at a flat rate of €13.

HELI provides equipment bonded machine insurance for the entire duration of the rental contract, and regardless of location within Europe

  • The general policy conditions are available on request
  • The cost of machine insurance is 8% of the corresponding standard rental rate
  • There is an exemption per claim of €1,250 for equipment with a purchase value < €10,000, €2,500 for equipment with a purchase value > €10,000 and €5,000 in case of theft
  • For long-term rentals, we offer customised rates or hire-purchase proposals.

Each rental contract runs from the start date until the customer actually deregisters the appliance.

  • To avoid misunderstandings, all cancellations must be made in writing, either by e-mail (info@heli.be) or via the cancellation form on our website.
  • Cancellations are accepted until 10 a.m. on the working day following the desired date of conclusion of the rental contract.
  • The customer remains legally liable for the equipment delivered to the yard until 3 working days after the cancellation

Heli reserves the right, in the event of unavailability of the type of aircraft requested by the customer, to offer an aircraft of a higher type, however, while maintaining the initially agreed rental rate

The maximum lateral range is always calculated from the centre of the aircraft to the edge of the cage

Heli cannot be held liable, nor can any compensation be claimed, for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic congestion, weather conditions, delays incurred in previous deliveries, breakdowns, etc.

Construction leave and rental stops due to unexpected weather delays can be charged, but only upon written request and at the latest on the day itself before 10 a.m. Such requests must always be approved by Heli and therefore do not apply by default.

Our aerial platforms may not be used for sandblasting work

All our machines are approved by a recognised inspection body and have a valid inspection certificate

Transport fees are divided into 3 categories (light, normal & heavy), the largest machine of a combined order will determine the transport fee. A handling fee will be charged for subsequent parts of the order.

For the transport of racks, the normal transport rate applies. Because our drivers have to manually load and unload the racks, this transport is increased by 2 times a handling fee.
