Zuiderpoort: More than just an office building
With over 62,000 m² of office space and 1,366 parking spots, Zuiderpoort offers a combination of modern facilities, excellent accessibility, and a highly visible location near the E40 and E17 highways.
However, Zuiderpoort is more than just an office building. It is a place where work and well-being take center stage, featuring a wide range of services such as a free shuttle bus to Ghent station, public and private parking, flexible office layouts, and relaxation options including a yoga studio and the first Starbucks On the Go in Flanders.

The roof of this 10-story building not only offers breathtaking views but also presents significant safety challenges for those working at height.
Custom fall protection by High and Safe
As specialists in fall protection systems, High and Safe installed advanced edge protection on the roof, ensuring the safety of everyone performing maintenance, cleaning, or other tasks at height.
In addition, High and Safe resolved a long-standing issue of façade accessibility. With a custom monorail system and gondola, they provided an innovative solution that addressed the challenges posed by the building's complex architecture.

Their thorough expertise in rooftop fall protection and innovative monorail system for façade access proved essential.
