Heli Group acquires High and Safe
With great pleasure we announce the acquisition of High and Safe (‘H&S’) by Heli Group.
H&S is located in Boom, between Brussels and Antwerp, but is active throughout Belgium as supplier of climbing and access gear for the professional market. The company operates more specifically in the segment of suspension bridges, goods and personnel lifts, mast climbing platforms and safety equipment. Its customer base mainly operates in the construction business and the industry.
This week both companies decided to join their forces whereby Heli Group acquires the activities of H&S and merges it with its division Heli Equipment.

Heli Equipment, part of Heli Group, who experiences a strong year-on-year growth, not only further enhances its product assortment, but also joins its forces with 15 highly experienced employees.
